Involvement refers to the realisation of a roof-garden/restaurant and the re-doing of the façades of the existing and operational Hotel Como, Como. The roof of the hotel is presently organised into a swimming pool area and another area with a walk-up bar and pergolas with tables. The realisation of the Roof-garden and the restaurant-grill must stay independent from the functions of the hotel, aiming to make the structure more visible and create a new use for the exterior level. The swimming pool area however will be mainly aimed at the hotel clientele, and will become a scenic area of the Roof-garden at night. To allow the use of Flying deck in every season, a glass structure will be created, a type of glass cover that will characterise the roof of Hotel Como.
